This small parcel of land located on a steeply sloping site in Croydon has been redeveloped to deliver 9 residential units. We have utilised the level changes to create a series of dynamic and multifunctional communal garden spaces.

 

A terraced gravel garden with a sun loving, species rich planting scheme creates a bright welcoming approach to the building. In the rear garden existing trees have been retained and the planting takes on a shady woodland style, creating a relaxing space for residents. This small yet technically difficult site has been designed to tie in with the local vernacular, whilst delivering a high quality site specific bespoke design that maximises the sites potential.
