Electric Works, Woolwich
Located in the heart of Woolwich, Electric Works is a transformative regeneration project delivering over 1,400 units of shared living, student accommodation, and affordable housing. Studio Bosk used Revit to deliver a masterplan from early stage concepts to proposal, assisting with the submission of planning applications and local consultations, ensuring the space connects with the heritage and community. It is a mixed-use design that focuses on high-quality public spaces, including a bold planting scheme to enhance ecological value, sculptural play features and a café terrace to foster social connection.
