Forest Road, Walthamstow
Forest Road is a residential development located in Walthamstow, comprising 38 residential units and 230 square metres of local commercial space dedicated to creative uses. For the planning approval, our team played a key role in the early design stages and are now refining complex level adjustments with the Revit model as part of the upcoming technical package, to create a welcoming courtyard for community interaction. Our biodiverse rooftop design now contributes meaningfully to the area’s ecology and improves the everyday experience for residents.
