The Former Nestlé Factory site is being transformed into over 1,300 new homes with more than 7 acres of public amenity and communal green space.

Dating back to 1914, the site is a prominent landmark in the local area and is being given a new lease of life with new housing, workplace and community facilities, biodiverse roofs, communal gardens, growing gardens and play facilities. Working with the existing masterplan to provide a more resilient landscape which reduces hard landscaped built elements and enhances the soft landscape throughout the site.
