One Thames Quay, Canary Wharf
Marsh Wall is a high-density residential development in Canary Wharf, centred around a 48-storey tower with integrated multi-level landscaping. Studio Bosk’s design enhances the public realm at street level and enriches communal spaces on multiple floors, delivering a layered approach to urban greening and introducing biodiverse planting. Utilising advanced 3D modelling and digital workflows, the team overcame complex technical challenges to seamlessly weave landscape into the urban infrastructure. Our mission was to evolve conventional tower landscaping, create positive environmental impact, improve user well-being and community interaction.
